Sviatlana, thank you! I am not sure if it’s the same flower, but they are absolutely everywhere in Singapore and around it! I agree they are very beatiful.

Свет. Это скорее всего гибискус травянистый (Hibiscus moscheutos) или гибискус китайский (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis). А чай делают из гибискуса суданского (Hibiscus sabdariffa):-)
А у вас разве гибискус не растет? На Украине много, только другого вида Гибискус сирийский ( Hibiscus syriacus). Климат у вас похожий.
