Blenheim Palace is a beautiful palace near Oxford which belongs to the Dukes of Marlborough and it is also a place where Winston Churchill was born. Anika spent the whole day exploring it.
She first went on a little train with a steam engine which took her to a wonderful model village (I will show it separately!) and a maze.
Then she went to the main palace and spent a couple of hours exploring it.
The most exciting exhibits inside were the hand stitched baby outfit worn by Winston Churchill, as well as the cradle and gorgeous rooms with beautiful portraits (especially the library!).
Anika left Blenheim Palace absolutely exhausted but very excited!
Anika wears a yellow dress made by me and a crochet cardigan made (and given to Anika for the trip) by Ariadne.
