Thank you, Georgia. I am glad the photos were useful. I personally am not a big fan of OG dolls (still haven't been tempted to get one - I do prefer American Girl dolls!) but I do love their accessories. I agree with you regarding their hair - I've read lots of people complaining about the poor quality of OG hair. I find, the prize for the best hair should go to Gotz dolls. It's rooted and it's gorgeous and it's almost impossible to ruin.

I love these dolls, for me they are prettier than American Girl dolls( it's true I haven't seen one in person), but they come with a huge problem: the way the hair is placed on their scalp, with too much space between the layers so that they look bald. I have 4 of then, Jenny, Parker(one of the hair grow dolls), Coral the surfer and April. With the first two I didn't see the issue as Jenny has curly hair (loose curls) and Parker has too much hair, very difficult to take care of. Then I bought April and when I took it out if the box, I saw that her hair is greasy and badly rooted. I put some baby powder, then washed it, it looks ok-ish now. Coral was even worse, with this one even my 6 year old realized that they have this horrible hair placement, even with the curls. Her quantity of hair is lower than what Jenny has. Otherwise they would be perfect. I have Paola Reina dolls with such a pretty hair which doesn't get tangled and also very well rooted, I hope OG will have invest more into fixing this. The range of accessories is large and they are amazing toys, very fun and well made. Too bad the price is high compared to the level they are sold at in US. Even so, we have the retro diner, the laundry set, a nice row boat that I can't see in your article as it's a new release, a bunk bed and a few outfits. Thank you for the nice pictures, they helped me decide on a couple of items.

I am glad you liked my post, Kelly! I really need to get a few accessories from them. They looked so good! And I love poseable dolls. I have a lots of such dolls (though not the OG ones) - it's such fun to change their poses to make them look more natural, isn't it.

Thank you for this wonderful OG report!

Saw that bike in reality. Was blown away at how much it reminded me of AG Molly's blue bicycle... as for as the quality.

I've been developing an appreciation of the way the poseable dolls can be slightly tweaked for different poses that will allow them to hold objects, etc.

The Well Traveled Set has to be one of my personal favs. Love the airline meal. So much detail in both the little snacks, passport, and toiletries. The OG Clip-On chairs have supporting legs that look like real airline seats! So much fun for use with this travel set!
