A Girl for All Time.
I love Podark very much and I’m anxiously awaiting the next season! It’s taking forever!! Haha but these guys are fantastic!! Demelza’s eyes look really good green! I always though her eyes were more green than blue 🙂 And also Ross’ hair gets a bit unruly towards the end of the season (if I remember correctly) so that wig looks perfect on him!
And those outfits are so good! Really screen accurate! Great job! 😀

Thank you so much, Lydia!!
yes, I keep wondering about Demelza’s eyes. They look green in many scenes, but in some they are blue! Believe me, my Ross’s hair (and Demelza’s, too) became much messier after the holiday in Cornwall and photo sessions on locations!! The wind there is very strong!!
Oh my, simply amazing! I really love your customizations and the amount of detail you put into each one. The outfits are amazing.
Thank you so much, Somarie!! I seem to have become addicted to customizing my dolls. I wouldn’t want to do it for sale but I love doing OOAKs for myself based on my favourite films!
Customizing is lots of fun! I started my first custom, a character from the story I’m writing with my friend, and it’s fun xD
It is!! I have a few more customized dolls in store. All they need is outfits!! What is your custom?
I’m using a Monster High boy for an extreme custom, and it’s a custom on a budget xD Making everything (including eyes) from scratch is fun!
It is lovely and so well made and so in keeping withe the time.
Thank you so much, Line!
Are you ever planning to offer these outfits as patterns as there is also the series «Outlander» where the past is only about 30-40 years before Poldark? And my poor Prince Stephen is woefully wardrobe challenged. By the way, I saw the original Poldark series years ago. And it would be interesting to compare the costuming. Experts know so much more now, although leading characters still have costumes, hair, and makeup «tweaked» to reflect current standards of fashion that will be more attractive to the viewing audience.
Hi Cindy, yes, I am definitely planning to release a handful of patterns based on Outlander and Poldark — in two sizes each (the girls — for AGAT and AG, and the boys — for Carpatina and AG). And that will happen soon. And yes, I agree, some of them will be combined as some of the outfits from the 1740s and 1780s are basically pretty similar.
I haven’t watched the original Poldark series. Have seen some bits and pieces on YouTube and I just can’t bond with those characters and their dated appearances. They look so 1970s, don’t they! I agree, that most films reflect the time when they are created.
Can you tell me what wig size the AGAT girls wear?
Hi Kat, it’s Monique Size 10-11.
Thank you!
Hello ….can you pl advise if the Ross & Demelza patterns are available yet & what size doll they fit pl . Can I purchase everything needed through you ?
Also where can I purchase the dolls if needed
Thank you
Noelene
(Apologies if the info I am seeking is listed already on your site I’ve just had eye surgery so not seeing clearly )
Hi Noelene,
No, the patterns are not available yet but they will be released in the coming months. The dolls on the photos are A Girl for All Time Clementine (Demelza) with a custom wig bought from monique.com (style Liza) and Carpatina Prince Stephan (Ross) with a custom wig also bought from monique.com (also style Liza which I had to trim quite a lot). I will also offer these patterns for American Girl doll size (standard 18-inch dolls). The dolls can be purchased directly from the respective companies.
I do not sell fabrics and other materials for my patterns. Everyone has to find them on their own (ebay, fabric.com and other places). I myself am constantly searching for more fabrics as I never have enough!!
Once the patterns are out, I will notify everyone here, on this blog, on my Facebook page, on my Instagram and on my Pinterest (the links to those are at the top of this page, under the menu).
I wish you a speedy recovery from your surgery!!
FANTASTIC!!!!! WOWZA!!!!! THANKS SO MUCH for sharing & giving us all a THRILL!!!!!
