It is a PDF Knitting Pattern #SS2016-K01 called “Owl Hat and Scarf” to make a fashionable hat and scarf with owls to fit 16-inch A Girl for All Time and Sasha dolls as well as 18-inch Kidz’n’Cats dolls.
Please note that these hat and scarf will be too small for 18-inch dolls like Carpatina and AG unless larger needles are used.
