Just before the summer holidays I decided to make something new for my daughter’s American Girl doll who was going on a holiday with us. My daughter chose the fabric for the top to match the colour of the corduroy trousers I had decided to make. The necklace was made by my friend Ariadne – to match the outfit.
For the peplum top I used a pattern from Liberty Jane. It was great fun to make and it closes at back with a zip.
The corduroy trousers are based on another pattern from Liberty Jane, though I didn’t follow it to the letter as the original pattern is for making jeans.
That is a nice outfit. The blue necklace matches, I like it!

Симпатичный наряд получился. Топик замечательно подходит к брюкам, а бусики дополняют наряд, делают его законченным.
