Lily’s trip to the UK. Part 6. Wilton House

The Wilton House is a lovely place near Salisbury. It is home to the Earl and Countess of Pembroke, and it is absolutely gorgeous! It has a little museum with one room representing a Tudor kitchen, one room with dolls and two grand dolls houses (from the 18th and 19th centuries). There is a big garden, a Chinese garden with red bridges and a huge adventure playground for the children (Lily was too little to play there!). Lily had lots of fun there and wished she could live in the huge doll house for a while!

PS. In 2015 this house became one of the locations where Outlander TV series were filmed. Watch out for more photos from this beautiful place!
