Pippa was a doll I was desperate to find and I finally managed to do so about a year ago. However, she came to me with a factory face-up and I found it rather artificial having had a few dolls with Bo Bergemann’s face-ups by then. I was even at a point of selling her, but in the end I decided to give her a chance and gave her to my friend Ariadne for a new face-up. And she has turned out very beautifully. I have also decided that she should have green eyes – it makes her so special.
So, here is my new-looking Philippa.
