The second 3-tier skirt I’ve made for Joanna out of the remaining fabric. I love mixing royal blue and yellow together! It is such a pity that this royal blue polka-dot fabric is totally sold out everywhere. I wish I could buy more of it! The skirt has an elastic in the waist, the blouse is lined and closes at the back with 3 snaps.
