To celebrate my birthday, last week I went to Raffles Hotel with my family. And I decided to take one of my dolls with me. Eileen (A Girl for All Time Amelia) was wearing a 1850-60s dress I made for her from a pattern by Thimbles and Acorns. Raffles Hotel was opened in 1887 at the time when Singapore was a British colony so it was very appropriate to photograph a Victorian Girl in a Victorian Hotel.
With Sir Stamford Raffles himself!

Beautiful dress, and stunning photos as usual 🙂
Thank you so much, Cate!!
The hotel is stunning! The white really stands out amongst the lush green gardens and the blue sky. Ellen is gorgeous and I love your blue dress. The blue on her brings out her eyes.
Thank you, Melangell! The hotel is truly special. It’s the most special hotel in Singapore, a major tourist attraction as well.
